At SERVPRO South Pasadena/San Marino, we are certified by The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) which sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our employees tirelessly study these standards in water restoration, fire restoration, cleaning services, and mold remediation. As professionals, we strive to hit all of The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications best practices with ease. 

We Have the Training

Every SERVPRO franchise receives a fifteen-day initial training course. Even if the owner has been in the trades for years, new franchise owners are taught in great detail about water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and other valuable cleaning practices. Afterward, franchise owners and employees have access to countless online training classes, courses, and webinars. There are videos available to learn from, and even tests to check their knowledge. It is a priority for franchise owners to keep their knowledge in fire and water restoration and mold remediation up to speed with overall industry standards if they are expected to perform to the best of their ability.
