Sparks cause fire to this Pasadena home

Our office received a call Saturday morning regarding a fire loss due to some sparks from the water heater. Upon arriving our team notice the extent of damage that it had caused to this home. Smoke had travelled through the entire home and during our inspection with our chem sponge we picked up soot in all walls and ceiling. Quickly our team set up the air scrubber to minimize the odor. Here in the before picture is the gararge where the worst damage was made, after removing all unsalvageable cabinets and packing out entire garage to start the demo of walls. In the after picture you can see that we have sanded an clean the framing making it look pretty new.
