SERVPRO of South Pasadena/San Marino responded within the hour to this emergency loss. The source of water was from a broken hot water line in the ceiling.

Broken pipe causes intrusion from outside home

Received a call over the weekend informing our team that a substantial amount of water had came in causing wet carpet and pad to this entire bedroom. Our crew went out and was able to extract and remove all affected flooring. Flooring was unable to be saved due to delamination. After 3 days we were able to dry out the room completely and have the customer bring in her contractor to do the reconstruction.

Sewage clean up in crawl space

In this San Marino home a drain line had busted underneath the home and plumber was unable to fix the pipe until sewage was removed. Customer contacted SERVPRO of South Pasadena/San Marino to come out and do the clean up. Our crew removed the excess sewage, sanitized and deodorized the area and applied a moisture absorbent material. This allowed the plumer to come back out and complete his work.

Small pinhole leak can cause huge problems

In this picture you see that the lower cabinets, walls and flooring have been taken out. All this was due to a small pinhole leak in the ice maker line. Always remember to check for leaks before its too late, water can cause an extensive amount of damage and high costs in repairs.

Residential Water Damage

Due to a water leak, part of our client's kitchen ceiling needed to be removed. This needed to be done to prevent any mold from growing due to humidity from the water leak which saturated the ceiling. Humidifiers and air movers were placed in order to dry the wood as well as the ceiling.
